Who you truly are as a person is best revealed by who you are during times of conflict and crisis. If you can be strong during challenging times you truly are a disciplined and spirited person. That is a True identity.
Push Forward. Whenever the downfall or past calls or you’re tempted to dwell on it, the best word that should come to mind is “Forward”. Move forward with a great action & positivity. Acceptance is okay, despite the struggles, conflicts or crisis. Acceptance can mean, your ready, and don’t want to struggle anymore. You’ve excepted it and plan to move forward with action mentally & physically.
Although we dread the tears, pain & total loss of any control over situations, we find out later in our lives it was actually a great & necessary thing and gives us the opportunity to grow and learn our strengths. Bounce yourself Back to being a better, greater you. You are worth it, its your life, don’t fear.

Surroundings… surround yourself with people who wouldn’t change whether your situation was ten times better or ten times worse. Don’t let social media or others dictate your relationship or pursuit of one. Let GOD lead you in that area. Some folks are giving advice out of loneliness, desperation, impatience and unhealed hurt, & several other reasons that have nothing to do with you as a individual or your path of LIFE. When you make major moves with your faith & life Goals, your mind will start pulling up every time you’ve failed in the past. Don’t fall for it! Keep going! Just start! Every step is progress. Choose your life, how are you going to choose your life? Choose your life, like you choose your food. Diet. Detox. Healthy. Good for your system? positive, motivated, kind friends, happy healthy activities and hobbies. VS. Negative energy, road blocker friends, who deter you from reaching healthy goals and healthy mindsets. DETOX them, it, or whatever else falls in that processed, negative , unhealthy food category.
Have people in your life to make up for your weakness. The right friends draw doors on your walls and help you open them.
