1st step: Start with your alarm clock, Adjusting your wake & sleep times, your sleep quality will improve. Your work focus & energy will become positive and sharper.
2nd Step: Try something new, Fitness, exercise should not be boring or painful. If it is, you will end up disliking it and discouraged. Find something you like, for example, Even if it was something you have no clue about, like meditation, yoga, stretching or swimming etc.
3rd Step: Challenge yourself everyday. Accomplish something that your not sure about. You can challenge yourself at anything, like simple activity, to something that's impossible. For example Challenge yourself to writing down how or what you would like to do, short term, long term goals, in a self reflection diary. Stick to it everyday, commit yourself. Or challenge to cook for yourself, researching recipes and stick to it every week. Or last but not least challenge yourself to take hobbies class painting, poetry, something relaxing and self reflecting to make you feel good about yourself.

It is very important to have Smart GOALS, when it comes to change & improving yourself.
Your goals must be SPECIFIC: I will do “A” in the situation “B” and observe the following “C” changes.
Your goals must be MESAURABLE: You and others must be able to see the progress you are making on a regular basis.
Your goals must be ACHIEVABLE: They must be well within your capability to perform.
Your goals must be RELEVANT: This means that they must be something that you and others really want to have happen.
Your goals must be TIME-LIMITED: You need to have both short-term and long-term benefits in sight.
Make sure to Conduct an analysis of what potential obstacles might get in the way and create a game plan of how to anticipate & address obstacles, just in case.
Make sure to always Reward yourself, build in some payoffs for your small steps and the progress you have made. Always remember to put negative self blaming aside from your train of thoughts.
The right way to pray is to have faith.
Pray for motivation, abundance and guidance.

Get active. Participate in activities you enjoy more than just fun and games. Exercise and be physically active. Activities help support healthy aging. As we get older, You should add a volunteer or social activity to your routine. Engage in an art class, volunteer in your community or place of worship. It helps maintain your well being, Hobbies and social pursuits lower your risk of developing health problems including dementia. Create a avenue to have a longer lifespan by playing games, social activities that are meaningful, productive such as a unpaid job, or gardening or working with children. More happy, less depressed, and healthy. It will improve your cognitive and physical health overall as a long term benefit.
Get out and about. Learn something new. Become more active in your community. Be physically active, possibly yard work, exercise or take a class learning something you are interested in. Find the right balance. Everyone has different limits to the amount of time you can spend on social or other activities.
Remember participating in activities you enjoy should be fun, NOT STRESSFUL!!!
