Forgive yourself , let go of pain, make room for joy. Holding on to the past can affect your overall health, release grudges and any negative feelings about yourself of others. Resentment affects your immune system.

Let it go, forgive others, forgive yourself.

Admit your resistance to forgiving, acknowledge how you feel. Know your role, get over betrayal, reflect on how you might have betrayed yourself. When you weren’t loving and respecting yourself or your own truth. Write a letter to yourself or another person, to stop the blame game, this helps expressing negativity that may be in your soul about yourself or about another being. Even if you don’t give the letter to anyone. Say it aloud, tell yourself you have truly forgiven yourself or any others who may have wronged you. Seal the forgiveness and move forward. Start in your own heart, don’t overlook forgiving yourself.

TO HEAL A WOUND, STOP TOUCHING IT !!!!!!!!!!!

ROMANS 8

Romans Chapter 8

THERE is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after flesh, but after the spirit. 2. For the law of the spirit of life in CHRIST JESUS hath made me free from the law of sin and death. 3. For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the Flesh. 4. That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after flesh, but after the spirit. 5. For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh, but they that are after the spirit the things of the spirit. 6. For to be CARNALLY minded is death; but to be SPIRITUALLY minded is Life and Peace.

7. Because the carnal mind is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, Neither indeed can be. 8. So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. 9. But ye are not in the flesh, but in the spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his. 10. And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.

11 But if the spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken you mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you. 12. Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh. 13. For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.

14. For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of GOD.

NO LOVE FOR GOD? DO YOU HAVE FAITH? GODS ELECT KNOWS BETTER. THE UNLEARNED DO NOT KNOW, GOD IS THE WORD. THE WORD WAS WITH GOD, ITS HIS WAY TO DO THINGS & HE MEANS WHAT HE SAYS. IF YOU ARE A NON-BELIEVER THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO YOU.

SPIRITUAL DISCERNMENT GIVES YOU WHAT TO BELIEVE OR NOT TO BELIEVE. A MAN/WOMAN IN THIS WORLD WITHOUT LEARNING IS A BEAST OF THE FIELD.

ASK FATHER GOD FOR DISCERNMENT ON WHAT TO BELIEVE AND WHAT NOT TO BELIEVE. CLARITY,FAITH, BUILD YOURSELF UP. WAIT ON YOUR REWARDS.

HONOR & LOVE FOLLOWS COMMANDMENT. NO FAITH MEANS NO LOVE FOR GOD. BITTERNESS MEANS THERE IS A SEED THAT HAS GROWN INTO A ROOT. A ROOT HAS TO BE PULLED OUT COMPLETELY. THIS ROOT IS EVIL AND WILL POISON THE REST OF PLANTS THAT COME INTO CONTACT. IT IS THE ROOT OF BITTERNESS. ITS NOT A SEED. BITTERNESS BLOWS OUT THE CANDLE OF JOY AND LEAVES THE SOUL IN DARKNESS.

SEED,SOIL BITTERNESS, ROOT IS UNDERGROUND, HIDES AND CAN CAMOUFLAGE THE FRUIT FROM THE ROOT. It WILL AFFECT YOU PHYSICALLY, EMOTIONALLY, SPIRITUALLY. I PRAY YOU DISCOVER THAT LIFE IS MORE JOYFUL, AND GOD GRANTS YOU A BRAND NEW LIFE!

ERADICATION OF BITTERNESS 1. Let GOD reveal it, A Deceitful heart cannot diagnose a deceitful heart. Only God can do that Surgery to the Heart. 2. Let GRACE reveal it. Grace is God giving us what we deserve. 3. Let GOOD replace it. Follow Peace & Holiness forgive people including YOURSELF.

The LORD is my Shepard, I Lack Nothing….

Although sometimes we feel we lack everything, Sometimes we cannot see what you have given us, through the lie of what has been taken away. Show us how to see your blessing. Show us how to see your provision, when the world teaches us an economy of fear & scarcity. The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.

He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he refreshes my soul.Be strong & courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go. He guides me along the right paths. We so often turn from your path—believing lies about ourselves, about others, about you; taking on burdens that are not ours to bear; struggling to entrust you with ourselves, our family, our friends, and our circumstances. Guide us along your path of trust & contentment.

Even though I walk through the darkest valley, The valley of depression, the valley of medication, the valley of sorrow, the valley of pain and abandonment, the valley of past wrongs done to me, the valley of despair, the valley of derision, the valley of fear, the valley of waiting, the valley of misunderstanding.

The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged. You have made us worthy. You have made us chosen. You accept us with all our flaws, with all our illness and frailty, with all our failings. Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life. Goodness and Love will follow us. Goodness and Love will chase us down—despite ourselves, despite others, despite our circumstances—goodness and love, by the power and grace of your Spirit, have found us. And will never let us go.

I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever. Forever. In health, in strength, in love, in mercy. Forever. AMEN.
