Father, God-Almighty, in Yeshua’s name, I bring my flesh, self, and ideology, down, into subjection, to You. I intercede, for the needs of your people. […]

Long ago, I erected an idol in my mind of the Christian Woman. The Christian Woman found the time to blow-dry her hair before church. She and her childhood sweetheart and their well behaved brood of children arrived each Sunday with their clothes right side in and their shoes on the right feet. She taught Sunday school and sipped tea at ladies’ functions. She found the time to cart casseroles to potlucks, kiddos to soccer practice, and donations to the food-bank in her mini-van.

Its time to place a high priority on living healthy, being meticulous about not wasting your precious time to invest in yourself. Discipline and Motivation is very easy to become lazy. So you will have to really ask yourself this VERY IMPORTANT question. Do You Want to BECOME YOURSELF? If the answer is Yes, then you have to make this your #1 priority. 1st step: Start with your alarm clock, Adjusting your wake & sleep times, your sleep quality will improve. Your work focus & energy will become positive and sharper. 2nd Step: Try something new, Fitness, exercise should not be boring or painful. If it is, you will end up disliking it and discouraged. Find something you like, for example, Even if it was something you have no clue about, like meditation, yoga, stretching or swimming etc. 3rd Step: Challenge yourself everyday. Accomplish something that your not sure about. You can challenge yourself at anything, like simple activity, to something that's impossible. For example Challenge yourself to writing down how or what you would like to do, short term, long term goals, in a self reflection diary. Stick to it everyday, commit yourself. Or challenge to cook for yourself, researching recipes and stick to it every week. Or last but not least challenge yourself to take hobbies class painting, poetry, something relaxing and self reflecting to make you feel good about yourself. Warning & Reminder : THIS IS ABOUT YOU, NOT ABOUT OTHERS, SO ALWAYS REMIND YOURSELF TO NOT GET DISTRACTED , YOU ARE IN A PHASE OF WORKING ON YOURSELF. SO TAKE THE TIME FOR YOURSELF. POLITELY LET OTHERS KNOW , THIS IS YOUR ME TIME & IF IT WERE POSSIBLE YOU WOULD HAVE TO PASS ON ANY INVITATIONS. FYI. DONT OBLIGATE YOURSELF TO RAINCHECKS & LATER DATES. IT WILL ONLY MAKE YOU FEEL GUILTY OR OBLIGATED IF YOU WERE UNABLE TO KEEP A PROMISE. THIS IS ABOUT YOU, & KEEPING YOUR MIND DECLUTTERED. GOOD LUCK ON YOUR "BECOMING YOURSELF JOURNEY" .

Are you using your strengths or your weaknesses ???
Start a list Identifying your strengths and weaknesses.
To implement the above process in your own life, you’re going to need to build your awareness of your strengths. Try starting with a list of strengths and weaknesses. Write them down in separate columns, and then draws some arrows from the strengths to the weaknesses where you think you could potentially apply a strength to a weakness. You don’t need to be 100% sure how you’re going to do it just yet. Go with your gut of what you think might be applicable.
For the weaknesses, focus on things that are actually getting in your way and that you have some motivation to change. For example, they could be related to negotiating, finances, relationships, or health behaviors.
The types of strengths that can be good are
being good at researching information
resourcefulness, persistence, conscientiousness
planning for and overcoming obstacles
finding workarounds for problems, decency / following the “do unto others” principle
ability to follow instructions, ability to synthesize information
being calm and emotionally, patience
We all have strengths and weaknesses. Being reminded of our weaknesses is unpleasant. Therefore, we learn to avoid tasks that require skills that we think of as weaknesses. This avoidance can cause problems and hold you back.
Know your strengths to be more effective and successful in life.
