Become, YOURSELF AGAIN !!!!

BECOME YOURSELF?!

Establish healthy habits at home & work to change your life. Its time to place a high priority on living healthy, being meticulous about not wasting your precious time to invest in yourself. Discipline and Motivation is very easy to become lazy. So you will have to really ask yourself this VERY IMPORTANT question.

Do You Want to BECOME YOURSELF?

 If the answer is Yes, then you have to make this your #1 priority.

1st step:  Start with your alarm clock, Adjusting your wake & sleep times, your sleep quality will improve. Your work focus & energy will become positive and sharper.

2nd Step: Try something new, Fitness, exercise should not be boring or painful. If it is, you will end up disliking it and discouraged. Find something you like, for example, Even if it was something you have no clue about, like meditation, yoga, stretching or swimming etc.

3rd Step: Challenge yourself everyday. Accomplish something that your not sure about. You can challenge yourself at anything, like simple activity, to something that's impossible. For example Challenge yourself to writing down how or what you would like to do, short term, long term goals, in a self reflection diary.  Stick to it everyday, commit yourself. Or challenge to cook for yourself, researching recipes and stick to it every week.  Or last but not least challenge yourself to take hobbies class painting, poetry, something relaxing and self reflecting to make you feel good about yourself.

Warning & Reminder :

 THIS IS ABOUT YOU, NOT ABOUT OTHERS, SO ALWAYS REMIND YOURSELF TO NOT GET DISTRACTED , YOU ARE IN A PHASE OF WORKING ON YOURSELF. SO TAKE THE TIME FOR YOURSELF. POLITELY LET OTHERS KNOW , THIS IS YOUR ME TIME & IF IT WERE POSSIBLE YOU WOULD HAVE TO PASS ON ANY INVITATIONS. FYI. DONT OBLIGATE YOURSELF TO RAINCHECKS & LATER DATES. IT WILL ONLY MAKE YOU FEEL GUILTY OR OBLIGATED IF YOU WERE UNABLE TO KEEP A PROMISE. THIS IS ABOUT YOU, & KEEPING YOUR MIND DECLUTTERED.

GOOD LUCK ON YOUR "BECOMING YOURSELF JOURNEY" .

Where’s your Inner Childlike side?

Have you been all work and no play recently?

Are you feeling that you are “stuck” in life somehow?

When was the last time you connected with your inner child?

You should Awake your childlike side Immediately , Get out there and enjoy yourself!

Life is for living. Not for enduring. Perhaps you will play more with your own children or grandchildren. Or, you may simply enjoy having fun with another adult or beginning a new job or vocation that relates to helping young people.

What You Should Do:

It’s time to connect with your inner child. Can you find them inside you?

Or, have you forgotten who they are? Plan some time for you to explore what it feels like to be carefree and to enjoy life to the full again. Go to the beach and build a sandcastle. Take your dog for that long walk you’re always too busy for. Find time to enjoy the world around you. Your inner child will thank you for it!

Your Affirmation:
“I love and honour my inner child. I feel whole and joyous!”

Let’s be more grateful today.

While you’re having your first cup of coffee, sit back and think of the things that you’re thankful for.
The aroma of the coffee;
That first sip of coffee;
The beautiful morning;
The beginning of a new day full of promise;
The quiet just before the day officially starts.

Grace Before Meals. Giving thanks before each meal recognizes all of the people whose hard work was necessary for you to have food on your table–everyone from the farmer who grew the food, and the person who cooked the meal.
It’s a moment to pause and be mindful, as well as feel blessed that you have all of the food and nourishment that you need.

Things You Take For Granted. Imagine losing some of the things that you take for granted, such as your home, your ability to see or hear, your ability to walk, or anything that currently gives you comfort. Then imagine getting each of these things back, one by one, and consider how grateful you would be for each and every one.

Obviously, things won’t always go your way. However, gratitude isn’t an emotion that is reserved for those moments when you get what you want. When things go wrong you can use the power of gratitude to release some of the negative emotions that you may be feeling due to the failure or setback that you just experienced.

After a negative event put things in perspective by remembering that every difficulty carries within it the seeds of an equal or greater benefit. When faced with adversity, ask yourself the following questions:
“What’s good about this?”
“What can I learn from this?”
“How can I benefit from this?”
“Is there something about this situation that I can be grateful for?”

LETS BE GRATEFUL TODAY! SEE WHATS THERE, INSTEAD OF WHAT ISNT!

Hungry???

If the World was hungry????

WOULD WE HUNT OUR IGNORANCE & GATHER OUR COMPASSION?

WOULD WE BE SATISFIED BY THE SAME CUP?

WOULD WE BREAK BREAD INSTEAD OF BONES AND FEAST ON GRATITUDE?

WOULD WE EAT AT THE SAME TABLE?

Got Goals ?!

Got Goals ?! WHAT IT TAKES ?
It is very important to have Smart GOALS, when it comes to change & improving yourself.
Your goals must be SPECIFIC: I will do “A” in the situation “B” and observe the following “C” changes.
Your goals must be MESAURABLE: You and others must be able to see the progress you are making on a regular basis.
Your goals must be ACHIEVABLE: They must be well within your capability to perform.
Your goals must be RELEVANT: This means that they must be something that you and others really want to have happen.
Your goals must be TIME-LIMITED: You need to have both short-term and long-term benefits in sight.

Make sure to Conduct an analysis of what potential obstacles might get in the way and create a game plan of how to anticipate & address obstacles, just in case.

Make sure to always Reward yourself, build in some payoffs for your small steps and the progress you have made. Always remember to put negative self blaming  aside from your train of thoughts.

Faith

The right way to pray is to have faith.

Pray for motivation, abundance and guidance.

What are your biggest questions about your existence?

What are the most 3 things you would like to know in your lifetime?

May the homes where prayer are used in faith be dwelling places of Goodness, Humility, Self-Control, Mutual Respect for each other and living Obedience to you.

AMEN.

BOUNCE BACK!!!

strength

Bounce Back. In life, you always have a choice. Be Weak! or Be Strong!

Who you truly are as a person is best revealed by who you are during times of conflict and crisis. If you can be strong during challenging times you truly are a disciplined and spirited person. That is a True identity.

Push Forward. Whenever the downfall or past calls or you’re tempted to dwell on it, the best word that should come to mind is “Forward”. Move forward with a great action & positivity. Acceptance is okay, despite the struggles, conflicts or crisis. Acceptance can mean, your ready, and don’t want to struggle anymore. You’ve excepted it and plan to move forward with action mentally & physically.

Although we dread the tears, pain & total loss of any control over situations, we find out later in our lives it was actually a great & necessary thing and gives us the opportunity to grow and learn our strengths. Bounce yourself Back to being a better, greater you. You are worth it, its your life, don’t fear.
